RMA service request
If your GIGABYTE product needs service or repair, you can use our Online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) service. Please fill out the form below after which we will review your RMA request. After we approve your RMA request you will receive an RMA number and details on how to ship the product to our RMA center.
To make sure our RMA engineers understand the issue, please provide a details error/fault description. This will help to debug the problem and prevent your product to be returned without any repair.
